Executive Speaker Bios



Lisa Chang

Lisa Chang is Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for AMB Group LLC. AMB Group, LLC is the investment management and shared services arm of The Blank Family of Businesses. In addition to AMB Group, Blank’s Family of Businesses portfolio includes: the Atlanta Falcons (NFL Team), Atlanta United FC (MLS Team), Mercedes-Benz Stadium, PGA TOUR Superstores, Mountain Sky Guest Ranch and The Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation. 

As SVP and CHRO, she oversees HR and Aviation for the businesses. She leads HR strategy and policy for the current businesses, as well as for planned growth over the next few years related to the operation of the new Mercedes-Benz stadium and Atlanta United MLS team. She is also responsible for development and implementation of all HR programs, including talent management, compensation, organizational design and HR infrastructure. In addition to leading human resources for the family of businesses, Lisa is a key member of the executive team in matters related to business strategy and execution. 

Previously, she was Vice President Human Resources for International at Equifax, where she led all HR functions for the operations in Equifax’s 17 global locations in North America, Latin America, the UK and Spain. 

Before joining Equifax she was Senior Vice President of HR for Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. In that capacity, she led HR strategy for the company’s Technology, Strategy & Operations division and the company’s international division, including all of its brands such as CNN, TNT, TBS and Cartoon Network and its employees in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Latin America. Prior to joining TBS in 2009, she held HR roles of increasing responsibility at The Weather Channel Companies, ultimately serving as EVP of HR. 

She is a graduate of the University of Virginia with a BA in Communications and earned an MBA at Mercer University’s Stetson School of Business & Economics. 

Lisa, her husband and three children reside in Atlanta, GA. 



Bill He

Bill He is the Vice President of Global Procurement Strategic Sourcing for Kimberly-Clark Corporation. He leads K-C’s Global Category Management Center-of-Excellence to provide thought leadership to procurement teams around the globe in support of K-C businesses across all regions. He’s expertise helps position the Global Procurement Organization as K-C’s global foundation to profitable growth as a strategic business partner who continuously improves supply, leads supplier innovation and delivers significant value creation to the business.

Before joining Kimberly-Clark, Bill held a number of managerial and consulting positions with major global companies in the supply chain management arena. He built world class global sourcing organizations that handled multi-billion dollar annual spends, as well as facilitated supply chain councils that pioneered best practices and policies across different operating structures. Bill has implemented e-sourcing tools, led global sourcing engagements and achieved significant savings in many different areas across multiple continents. Through his leadership, he has helped improve operational efficiencies, asset usage, and dramatically reduce contracting cycle times. Additionally, Bill has extensive experience in Financial Services, Telecommunications, Automotive, Utilities, Natural Resources, Heavy Manufacturing, Media & High Tech, E-Commerce, Consumer Packaging Goods, and Pharmaceuticals.


Dave Lew

Dave Lew is the Global Director of Brand Marketing for Newell Rubbermaid on the Writing Segment.  He is directly responsible for brand management of Sharpie® and Mr. Sketch® Scented Markers and Crayons globally.  In his role, he focuses on driving growth for these iconic brands through impactful commercialization, new product innovation, as well as expansion to emerging markets.
Since joining Newell Rubbermaid 14 years ago, Dave has served in various marketing roles within the Writing and Home Solutions segments.  He has been instrumental on the Calphalon brand where he most recently led growth expansion efforts in the US market.  He also was a significant player on the cookware portfolio expanding efforts at the premium end of the category.
Dave received an undergraduate degree in marketing from the University of Arizona in Tucson and his MBA from Emory University in Atlanta.  He currently resides in Atlanta with his wife and two children.



Henry Yoo

Henry Yoo is the Vice President of Business Operations for Comcast Central Division.  He oversees all call center financial planning, budgeting and accounting activities, call center workforce management functions as well as call center analytics.
Henry has over 13 years of experience with Comcast in various financial and operational leadership roles.  Prior to joining Comcast, Henry was the Manager of Workforce Management at Navigant Integrated Services.
Henry earned his degree in Industrial Systems Engineering and Psychology from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
