This session focuses on the major categories of roles and values that comprise and influence our lives, and provides exercises, tools and discussions to help individuals make key deliberate choices to bring about the balance and alignment they seek. Each Participant will develop a personalized action plan to improve work-life balance. Perhaps of most value will be that Participants will work to define and craft a vision of themselves at their best that can guide their choices and tradeoffs as they maneuver through life’s opportunities and challenges for life balance.
