Director of Business Development
In this newly established role, the Director of Business Development will be responsible for prospecting, cultivating, and closing new business relationships to increase revenue from LEAP’s programs and services. The position will also be expected to maintain and grow existing business with LEAP’s current clients. Reports to Senior Vice President of Administration and CFO.
Director of Leadership Programs
The Director of Leadership Programs will be responsible for leading and managing the leadership programs team in the development and delivery of leading edge, transformative, research-based leadership programs and organizational effectiveness interventions that support LEAP’s mission and vision, meet client needs, and that challenge and stretch our participants to achieve their fullest potential. In this newly established role, the Director of Leadership Programs will ensure delivery of impactful, high quality programs – new and existing.
Executive Assistant to the President and CEO
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing all activities of the office of the President and CEO, including scheduling, communication and correspondence, workshops, programs, and more. Reports to the President and CEO.
Communications and Development Associate
Under the direction of the Director of Development, and in collaboration with the President & CEO, the Communications & Development Associate will support the execution of LEAP’s communications, fundraising and marketing strategy to achieve LEAP’s mission and vision; strengthen programming; support and recognize stakeholders, and expand the reach of the organization.
