testimonials by LDPHE alumni

I would say that LDPHE is a once-in-a-lifetime experience you should never miss. It’s not a conference—it’s an investment in yourself. The enriching program brings to light your strengths, cultural values and experiences as something to be proud of at your workplace. It’s about establishing meaning in your daily routine, prioritizing well-being personally and professionally and knowing that you have a supportive community behind you.

“I would say to go with an open heart and open mind because you will come out transformed. You think you're alone in your struggles, but you are not. You will meet people who will be there for you and encourage you because they want you to succeed. It is true what they say, you get what you give from this program. If you don't know what to do in your career path or if you feel stuck, this program will help open your mind to new possibilities and ideas that you never dreamed of.”

“Being able to click with a group of people who share some of your inner voices and thoughts is such a great comfort. Also, being able to witness so many leaders of my kind, I felt cognitively and emotionally empowered.”
