  • Participants must be able to commit to all three parts in order to be accepted into the program.

One of the most important ‘nuggets’ I received for this, is your ability to understand yourself first before becoming a leader. I always believed there is a clear line between your personal and professional life. It was best not to have them interact in any means, but that wasn’t the case. My personal behaviors and beliefs very much impact my professional life and decision making. The [program] made me realize to becoming a better leader, meant to knowing the person I am, trusting in that, and to move forward in confident belief that it can be done.
