Leadership Development for Nonprofit Staff
Formerly known as the Emerging Leaders Program, LEAP Impact: Leadership Development for Nonprofit Staff is a three-part, six-month program designed to develop Asian and Pacific Islander staff for future and current leadership and management roles in nonprofit organizations and increase the retention of those committed to working in the nonprofit sector.

Part 1: The Learning Component

Part 2: Executive Coaching Component
One-on-one coaching over 6 months
Part 3: The Renewal Component

Sliding scale determined by organization size and budget.
Fee A: $500 | $499,999 or less
Fee B: $600 | $500,000 – $999,999
Fee C: $750 | $1,000,000 – $2,999,999
Fee D: $1,000 | $3,000,000 & up
Tuition includes workbook materials, meals, round-trip airfare, shared lodging, and executive coaching sessions.

Responses to application questions including why you are interested in the program
Letter of Endorsement from your Executive Director
Mid- to senior-level full time, salaried nonprofit staff and managers working at a nonprofit organization looking to enhance or further develop their leadership skills.
Participants must be able to commit to all three parts in order to be accepted into the program.
