LEAP Pathways is a three-day program for companies seeking to increase the success of their Asian and Pacific Islander staff. The program’s goal is to help high-potential emerging leaders lead effectively and advance in their careers.

Includes 3 sessions of executive coaching with a certified coach

Does not include travel expenses or lodging.

Sample 2019 Program Agenda

Pathways began each day at 8:00am with continental breakfast and ended at 5:00pm. The program wrapped up on the final day with the presentation of certificates.

  • Leading with Vision

Day 2: Wednesday, September 11

  • Leading and Communicating with Styles

  • Giving and Receiving Feedback

  • Navigating Organizational Dynamics

  • Executive Speaker: Erik Takayesu, Vice President of Transmission, Substations and Operations in the Transmission and Distribution (T&D) organization at Southern California Edison (SCE).

Day 3: Thursday, September 12

  • Building Your Leadership Brand and Network

  • Managing Your Career and Life
