LEAP Exceed
The Executive Leadership Program
LEAP Exceed is a six, half-day program designed to develop and empower Asian and Pacific Islander leaders with the goal of increasing the number of APIs in executive management in Fortune 1000 corporations. Each cohort will engage in cohort-based learning experiences and activities, build their networks with peers across industries and experience bands, and receive tailored, individualized Executive Coaching with one of LEAP’s certified coaching staff members.

Senior Manager to Director level staff
Twelve Person Cohort
Participants must be able to commit to all parts to be accepted into the program.
Program Highlights

Group activities
Self-reflective activities and lessons in group and workshop settings.

Group learning in and out of the program with prescribed activities and lessons.

Hands on learning
Experiential learning (simulation, case study, role play) incorporating curriculum designed to connect diverse thought leaders in varying environments.

Eye opening projects
Insightful projects that encompass relationships between personal leadership and business acumen.

One-on-one executive coaching
Personalized one-on-one coaching with a certified Executive Coach.

At the end of the program, participants will:
Heighten self-awareness and deepen self-knowledge as a leader.
Identify opportunities and strategies for achieving meaningful, systemic change
Leverage cultural values to lead effectively.
Adopt mindfulness and deep listening as transformative leadership practices.
