Volunteer with LEAP Emerge!

The LEAP Emerge Team is calling for volunteers from January - May 2026, with opportunities in skill-development, networking, recruitment, and application reading for our upcoming 2026-2027 cohort. The integration of the LEAP Alumni and Partners Network into various aspect of our program has, and will continue to be, a priority for the LEAP Team. We deeply appreciate any support that can be given over the course of this program, and we are excited for you to help grow our leaders of tomorrow.

  • LEAP Emerge - Feedback

    February 13th, 2026 | 5:00-6:00PM PT

    Assist our 18 fellows with giving and receiving feedback. We will have volunteers conduct 1:1 example feedback scenarios with the fellows. Volunteers will receive scenarios from the LEAP Emerge team.

  • LEAP Emerge - Speed Networking

    February 27th, 2026 | 4:00-6:00PM PT

    We will be utilizing Gather Town as a platform for this event. This event requires additional registration on the platform and will need to be completed prior to the event. All details for registration, flow of agenda, and how to use the platform will be sent out a week before the event.

  • LEAP Emerge - Job Fair

    March 20th, 2026 | 4:00-6:00PM PT

    Are you in search of stellar applicants to join your organization Summer 2026 or beyond? Would you like to share opportunities to a hand-picked cohort of high achievers from the national scene? LEAP Emerge would love to host you or a representative from your organization to join our virtual job fair. We will be using an interactive virtual platform for our students to mingle and learn more about your organization and potential job openings. Fellows will be primed with resumes on hand and eager to meet you and your team.

    All details and onboarding for the virtual platform will take place a few weeks before the event.

  • LEAP Emerge - '26-'27 Application Reading

    March 23rd, 2026 - April 3rd, 2026

    LEAP Emerge Fellowship Program has served rising undergraduate seniors across the nation in career preparedness and internship opportunities. We are looking for volunteers to assist in our application reading process. We estimate to receive 150+ applications and need community support in evaluating our potential fellows. Volunteers will receive 5-10 applications to review, taking about 30-45 minutes per application. Additional details and orientation will be scheduled to prepare volunteers. LEAP Alumni and Community Partners will be prioritized for our panel. An NDA will be required to protect the information of our applicants.

  • LEAP Emerge - 1:1 Mentorship

    August 2026 - May 2027

    A key component to the success of any young professional is the professional mentorship offered to them. LEAP Emerge is unique in that we pair fellows with mentors 1:1, with mentors switching over the course of the program in blocks of time (3 Months).

    Interest Form
