Parul Chandra
Parul Chandra is a mentor, executive leader and an experienced non-profit board member who is passionate about inspiring others to achieve their personal and professional goals. Throughout her career journey she has actively pursued opportunities to work with corporations, civic organizations and individuals to make a meaningful and lasting impact. Parul has worked at the international, national and local community levels to develop and implement programs aimed at advancing labor/human rights practices, social justice causes, increasing stakeholder engagement and driving changes that will positively impact people and planet. Over the last 17 years, Parul has worked at impact focused organizations, NBCUniversal, Microsoft and other companies, where she utilized her expertise and passion to implement CSR, ESG and social sustainability programs. In her current role, she influences global ecosystem partners (manufacturers, Fortune 100 apparel brands, social audit firms, and other constituents) on the adoption of sustainable labor/human rights practices and develops initiatives to improve quality assurance performance.
Parul has volunteered her time over the last decade to assist non-profit organizations and chaired employee resource groups on volunteer program scaling, strategy development and fundraising activities. Parul is truly passionate about helping others succeed. She was recognized as a Top 100 Corporate Social Responsibility Influence Leader in 2020 and most recently was nominated for the GoodWorld Good Human Bellwether Award in 2022. Parul enjoys hiking, traveling, learning new languages and making meaningful connections with people.
