How are you, in this moment?
This session invites you to come as you are: whether you feel called to pause or to plan, there's space for you here. Together, we'll practice mindful reflection on the experiences that shaped this past year, and explore practical intention-setting to support well-being in the year ahead. In mindfulness, cultivating awareness of the present moment, with an attitude of nonjudgment, is the practice. You're welcome to join on or off camera, sharing or simply listening, in whatever way supports what you’re needing right now.
