As the year comes to a close, it can be tempting to rush toward new goals without making space to understand what the past year has taught us. In this practical, reflective session, participants will experience journaling as a leadership tool: a way to slow down, notice patterns, reconnect with what matters, and make more intentional choices about what comes next.
Through guided prompts and simple reflection practices, participants will explore what they want to carry forward, what they are ready to release, and how to turn insight into a meaningful intention for the year ahead. No previous journaling experience is needed; participants are simply encouraged to bring a notebook or something to write with.
