ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
This session introduces participants to the DISC and Driving Forces assessments as practical tools for understanding behavioral styles and motivations in the workplace. DISC provides insight into how individuals tend to behave and communicate, while Driving Forces explores why individuals are motivated to act in certain ways.
In this one-hour presentation, participants will walk through the key components of their DISC and Driving Forces reports and learn how to interpret the insights these assessments provide. The session will focus on helping participants better understand the DISC framework, recognize how behavioral styles and motivations show up in everyday interactions, and consider how these insights can strengthen communication and collaboration.
Participants are expected to complete their assessments in advance and have their reports accessible during the session. Through guided explanations, examples, and light engagement using live polls and reflection prompts, participants will explore how their own profiles relate to workplace dynamics and identify practical ways to apply these insights moving forward.
Whether you are a leader seeking to better understand team dynamics or an individual looking to grow in self-awareness, this session will provide foundational knowledge for leveraging DISC and Driving Forces in professional settings.
