Volunteers Needed for LEC 2026!
LEAP is looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help bring our flagship Leadership Experience & Celebration to life! The LEAP Leadership Experience & Celebration honors leaders impacting Asian and Pacific Islander communities, creating welcoming and communal spaces for all, and investing in the future of leadership. This year's theme, Currents of Change, is a two-day immersive leadership experience that brings together Asian and Pacific Islander (API) leaders across sectors to convene and navigate the evolution of leadership. Through workshops, networking, and a celebratory evening gala, this event convenes professionals, changemakers, and visionaries for a collaborative learning experience rooted in cultural relevance, innovation, and actionable strategies.
