Volunteer with LEAP Emerge!

The LEAP Emerge Team is calling for volunteers from January - May 2026, with opportunities in skill-development, networking, recruitment, and application reading for our upcoming 2026-2027 cohort. The integration of the LEAP Alumni and Partners Network into various aspect of our program has, and will continue to be, a priority for the LEAP Team. We deeply appreciate any support that can be given over the course of this program, and we are excited for you to help grow our leaders of tomorrow.

Upcoming Opportunities

  • Application Reading
    March 30th - April 10th, 2026

    LEAP Emerge Fellowship Program has served rising undergraduate seniors across the nation in career preparedness and internship opportunities. We are looking for volunteers to assist in our application reading process. We estimate to receive 150+ applications and need community support in evaluating our potential fellows. Volunteers will receive 5-10 applications to review, taking about 30-45 minutes per application. Additional details and orientation will be scheduled to prepare volunteers. LEAP Alumni and Community Partners will be prioritized for our panel. An NDA will be required to protect the information of our applicants. 

    1:1 LEAP Alumni Mentoring
    August 2026 - May 2027

    A key component to the success of any young professional is the professional mentorship offered to them. LEAP Emerge is unique in that we pair fellows with mentors 1:1, with mentors switching over the course of the program in blocks of time (3 Months). If you are interested, please fill out BOTH the Volunteer Sign Up Form and Mentor Interest Form.
