Making an Impact.

LEAP Impact 2021-2022 Cohort

After 13 years of developing nonprofit leaders, the LEAP Impact program continues to hold a space where nonprofit professionals can grow in a supportive environment.

The LEAP Impact program wrapped up its final session with the 2021-2022 cohort on March 31st. Twenty participants from all across the country came together for a four month leadership development program which focuses on helping API nonprofit professionals expand their impact in the community. The cohort shared personal experiences, worked through various leadership frameworks, and practiced vital leadership skills.

Aside from the essential lessons learned, the cohort expressed feelings of being seen and empowered in recognizing new skills and characteristics within themselves. The kind and genuine affirmations from those who were once considered strangers lifted the group up in unimaginable ways. The program concluded in celebration with stories of feeling rejuvenated, inspired, a renewed sense of belonging, and rekindled hope.

This program is a great example and reminder of how much good is out there and how far we can come when uplifting one another. All of us, participants and staff, are walking away changed for the better.

Tomorrow is looking brighter, and this is our impact.
